How do I use Stripe coupons?
Enter the coupon inside Stripe Checkout. The website no longer stores or validates promo codes, so Stripe stays responsible for the discount rules.
What happens after I purchase Protection?
Your Discord role is synced after payment. Open a Discord ticket with your TikTok profile, shop link, and any URLs that require review.
Can I cancel before the end of my billing period?
Recurring memberships can be cancelled from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access remains until the current paid period ends.
Why does Basic use the standard access process?
Basic access uses the standard Ads password process. Premium removes that step and increases the daily request limit.
What is your refund policy?
Please review our full Refund Policy. We review refund requests fairly and quickly. Eligibility depends on the plan type, whether the membership benefits were used, and the reason for the request.
Usually eligible: Duplicate purchases or benefits that do not work as described (requested within 7 days), and unused monthly memberships (strictly within 24 hours).
Not refundable: Accounts that already used benefits, violation of terms, completed lifetime access purchases, protection, change of mind, any other reasons that does not meet the acceptance.
