Refund Policy
Our policy regarding subscription and digital purchase refunds
By subscribing to 6ure, you agree to this Refund Policy. As we provide immediate access to digital goods and services upon purchase, we strictly limit refunds based on specific eligibility criteria.
In short
- We only accept refunds requested within 7 days for duplicate purchases or broken benefits, or strictly within 24 hours for unused monthly memberships.
- We do not offer refunds for accounts that already used benefits, violation of terms, completed lifetime access purchases, protection, change of mind, or any other reasons that do not meet the acceptance criteria.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of the content and services provided by 6ure (including Discord roles, platform features, and digital resources), all sales are strictly governed by this refund policy. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Additionally, if a refund is provided, access to the membership is immediately terminated.
2. Eligible for Refund
We only accept refund requests submitted within 7 days of your subscription purchase for the following specific reasons (with the strict exception of unused monthly memberships, which must be requested within 24 hours):
- Duplicate purchases: You accidentally purchased the exact same membership twice.
- Benefits that do not work as described: Verifiable technical issues preventing you from receiving the stated benefits.
- Unused monthly memberships: Requested strictly within 24 hours of the original purchase date, provided absolutely zero benefits have been used.
3. Not Refundable
The following scenarios are not refundable under any circumstances:
- Accounts that have already used their membership benefits.
- Accounts terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Completed lifetime access purchases.
- Protection memberships.
- Change of mind or accidental purchases not requested within 24 hours.
- Any other reasons that do not strictly meet the acceptance criteria outlined above.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the payment provider (PayPal or Stripe). Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
