Terms of Service

By using 6ure you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Access is linked to your Discord account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs under your account on our platforms. You must not share your account access, use another person's account, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

2. Using the service

Our services include the 6ure website (6ureleaks.com), Wiki, Requests platform, Resources platform, Password hub, Download page, membership system, application forms, and associated Discord integrations. You agree to use these services only for their intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

We may require you to verify your Discord membership, roles, or other credentials to access certain features. Access to paid features requires an active subscription as described on the membership page.

3. Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to bypass access controls, paywalls, or verification systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the service without our written permission
• Share, redistribute, or publicly re-upload paid content, resources, or materials from behind the paywall
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or dox other users or staff
• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or that promotes violence or discrimination
• Spam, flood, or abuse request/upload systems to degrade the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or admin systems
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our authorization (e.g. reselling access)
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to it
• Create accounts to evade bans, suspensions, or other enforcement actions
• Engage in fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks intended to retain access without paying

Violation of these prohibitions may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action at our discretion.

4. Memberships and payments

Optional paid features (Premium, Protection) are described on the membership page and at checkout. Plans are available in monthly, yearly, and lifetime billing intervals. Prices are displayed in USD and may change; existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until renewal.

Depending on the payment method you choose, transactions are processed by PayPal or by Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates). The processor's terms, fees, and payment rules apply to that transaction. By completing a purchase, you authorize the recurring charge for subscription plans until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time using the options presented at purchase, through your account billing page, or for eligible Stripe subscriptions, through Stripe's customer billing portal when available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refunds: Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, the applicable processor's rules, and applicable law.

Creator payouts: Eligible resource uploaders may receive payouts via PayPal as described in the product. We may review activity and adjust or withhold payouts where we find abuse, manipulation, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Your content and license

You retain ownership of content you submit (uploads, requests, Wiki edits, comments, form responses). By submitting content to our platforms, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, modify (for formatting/technical purposes), and distribute your content as needed to operate and promote the service.

You represent that you have the right to share any content you post and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights. For copyright complaints, see our DMCA & Copyright page.

We do not claim ownership of your content, but content submitted to public areas (Wiki, public requests) may remain visible to other users even if you later delete your account, unless you specifically request content removal.

6. Our intellectual property

The 6ure name, logo, website design, code, features, graphics, and overall look and feel are our property (or licensed to us) and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of our platform, branding, or proprietary systems without our written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as described here.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content at our sole discretion. We may restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law. Moderation decisions are final, though you may appeal by contacting us.

We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so to enforce these Terms and protect our community. We cooperate with law enforcement where required.

8. Third-party services and links

Our service integrates with or links to third-party services including Discord, PayPal, Stripe, and others. These services have their own terms and privacy policies that apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.

Links to external websites do not imply endorsement. You access third-party services at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers and limitations

The service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 6ure and its operators, staff, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service, (b) your content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Termination

By you: You may stop using the service at any time. To close your account, contact us or disconnect your Discord authorization. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before closing your account to avoid further charges.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnification) will survive.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication by contacting us at contact@6ureleaks.com.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may notify users via Discord announcement or email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service and cancel any active subscriptions.

14. General provisions

• Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Entire agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 6ure regarding the service.
• No waiver — Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment — You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
• Electronic communications — By using the service, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically (via Discord, email, or on-site notifications). These communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
